*Assumption of Risk

*Client Responsibility

The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and consequences arising from their engagement with the services. Any advice, information, suggestions, or guidance provided are offered for general reference purposes only and should be applied solely at the Client’s independent judgment and discretion.

*Waiver of Claims

By accessing the website and/or services, You, your heirs, and legal representatives, irrevocably waive, release, and discharge the service provider, its representatives, agents, employees, consultants, and partners from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from past, present, or future participation in the services.

*Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate services at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving: Practitioner illness/Technical or network difficulties/Natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the client’s authorization to access related service content shall cease immediately.
